Cuda Automatic Parts Washers use pressurized hot water and specialized industrial detergents to safely blast away dirt, grease and grime while you’re doing more productive work. Whether the parts you’re cleaning are big or small, wide or narrow, heavy or lightweight, we have the automatic parts washer ideal for the job. With load capacities ranging from 500 lbs. to 5,000 lbs., our top-load and front-load models are the simple solution for your parts cleaning applications.

Front Load Models

      
The popular front-loading parts washers are the “bread and butter” of the Cuda line. We have many different models available.

Featuring a number of leading edge design elements, Cuda front-load parts washers are easy to use. Ergonomic and easy to load, front-load parts washers are designed with turntables located at knee-height, control panels at chest-height, and a curved, recessed entry. Our space saving roll-in door allows easy access to the wash chamber and keeps the wash solution from dripping on the floor
        

CUDA 2530

A mighty mini that is practically effortless. The Cuda 2530 is the smallest in the
front-load automatic parts washer models and is more compact than many solvent tanks. Featuring a turntable diameter of 25-inches, working height of 30-inches, and load capacity of 500 lbs. The 2530 Series is equipped with a 3 HP vertical seal-less pump producing 50 GPM at 45 PSI. The Cuda 2530 front load aqueous parts washer is used in many applications from trucking and automotive to amusement parks and ski areas. Aqueous parts washers clean faster and better without using harmful solvents! Cuda automatic parts washers provide a safe and efficient solution to cleaning parts because they don’t use harmful cleaning solvents to clean. Our automatic parts washers also provide a time-saving, easy parts cleaning solution for your staff allowing them to simultaneously clean parts while performing other tasks.

H20 3648  - The Cuda 3648 features a turntable diameter of 36-inches, working height of 48-inches, and load capacity of 2500 lbs. Ideal for the industrial environment, the 3648 comes standard with a 150 GPM pump at 50 PSI, a 113-gallon sump capacity, more durable control panel, easier to replace handle, stainless steel sump covers, and external plumbing making it the easiest to maintain Cuda yet!

H20 4860 - Designed for the industrial environment, the 4860 comes standard with a 200 GPM pump (upgradeable to 300 GPM). With a 5,000 lb. turntable capacity, 156 gallon sump and available height extensions, there is virtually no application too big. Comes standard with an oil skimmer, seal-less pump and has easy access to the sump.

H20 7248  - Cuda’s 7248 features a large 72-inch turntable diameter, allowing users to clean a wide range of industrial components. Its working height stands at 48-inches, and it boasts a load capacity of 5000 lbs. The 7248 series is equipped with a 7.5 HP vertical seal-less pump producing 160 GPM at 45 PSI, and has a 200-gallon sump capacity.

H20 7272  – The Cuda 7272 is the largest front-load parts washer in our entire product lineup. It features a turntable diameter of 72-inches, working height of 72-inches, and load capacity of 5000 lbs.  With  a 72-inch diameter, this washer is ideally suited for industries such as oil  and gas, heavy equipment industry (CAT), railroads, and  large manufacturing.

Top Load Models
A robust starter machine. Cuda’s 2412 series of parts washers is an attractive
entry-level top-load aqueous parts washer. At only 35 inches wide, the Cuda 2412 Series
parts washer has a 250-lb. load capacity, and a 24 inch turntable diameter. While
boasting Cuda Series durability, it has a 1/2 HP mechanical seal with flush tube style pump and
an upper drive arm that rotates the turntable. The 115V models make the 2412 especially versatile for use anywhere in the shop.
